I don't do yoga, but I do all my exercise on this mat.The mat is very nice the color is a deep blue the foam is perfect.Also has a non slip bottom so not slipping there.It's 10 MM Thick 183cm 61cm long. I have used this and my two daughters have used this as well. It doesn't gold in moisture which is great. Mat can be easily washed with soap and water and hung to dry. Doesn't take long to dry what so ever. Comes with a mesh carrying bag with strap to easily take this on the go.This is definitely a great yoga mat to have .
